Booking Procedure

1) Fill in the contact form on the ‘contact’ page. Our booking manager Cicely will be in contact to confirm availability.

2) Read the Terms and Conditions, Covid-19 Cancellation Policy, and Staying Safe Online Guide (see below).

3) A 50% deposit is required to guarantee dates; we run a first deposit secures the date policy.

WE USE A THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PORTAL. PHONE CONTACT WITH CICELY TO CONFIRM SITE USED IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Next Steps (upon receipt of the deposit)

Our bookings manager will respond with a comprehensive directory so you can begin to plan your holiday.

6 weeks before arrival we request a cautionary refundable damage deposit of £2000 is made, and the remainder of the full balance, to complete payment.

At this time please also contact our live-in house-manager with information regarding E.T.A and how you'd like the beds made up.

Details to be aware of

THE HOUSE ACCOMMODATES 12 ADULTS OR 16 GUESTS (A MIX OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN)

• If you are 10 adults the maximum amount of children you can bring is 5.

There is an additional fee of £200 per PET – please keep them off the furniture. This is due 6 weeks before arrival, with the remaining 50% of the deposit. tHERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS PER BOOKING.

Changeover is normally Friday to Friday, with the exception of July and August, when the changeover day is Monday to Monday.
